We are committed to the principles of a quality early learning experience, including teacher professional development, maintaining small group sizes and good teacher:child ratios, exceeding national and state standards (including NAEYC), and supporting children and their families. Our Centers have a strong reputation for teaching Jewish values based in Jewish traditions and experiences.

Locations, Hours, Tuition and Programs
The Centers share a philosophy and curriculum, but each has a different personality, hours and tuition. Our Centers offer tuition adjustment based on financial need. Please contact us for further information.

Commitment to Teaching Excellence
Teaching young children is a valued profession and a time-honored Jewish tradition and responsibility. We strengthen and enrich the knowledge of our teachers by providing ongoing supervision, peer mentoring, access to creative teaching resources, and continuing education opportunities.

In the classroom, we are committed to maintaining small group sizes and good teacher:child ratios.

Accreditation
The JCC Early Learning Centers are fully accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC). Accreditation provides parents with third-party assurance that our Centers provide a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the physical, social, emotional and intellectual development of young children, according to NAEYC's "Criteria for High-Quality Early Childhood Program” standards. For more information on the stringent criteria for NAEYC Accreditation, visit the NAEYC web site at www.naeyc.org.

Our Centers have also been chosen to participate in the national Jewish Early Childhood Education Initiative (JECEI). A small number of elite schools work hand in hand with on-site JECEI consultants to implement a shared vision of excellence based on best educational practices and the most recent studies in brain development and social/emotional learning, all embedded within a foundation of Jewish values.

The Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care licenses all of our programs.

Jewish Community Centers of Greater Boston
The JCC Early Learning Centers is a program of the Jewish Community Centers of Greater Boston (JCCGB).  The JCCGB offers a wide variety of services for families and individuals throughout Greater Boston. In addition to the JCC Early Learning Centers, our contributions to Jewish life can be found in a range of communities and settings: at the JCC branches (Leventhal-Sidman in Newton, Striar JCC in Stoughton, and Metrowest JCC in Framingham); in day camps at our branches and preschools and at JCC Grossman Camp on the Westwood/Dover line; and at JCC Maccabi Camp Kingswood overnight camp in Bridgton, Maine. Our services include health and wellness centers, enrichment classes, cultural arts and theater, special needs for all ages, and programs for children, families, adults, young adults, teens and seniors. We are proud to be an agency of the Combined Jewish Philanthropies.
